OBITUARY:
JOHNSON - At St. Joseph's Hospital on Friday, February 20th, 1987, ELIZABETH CAROLINE (CARTER) JOHNSON, age 87, widow of Edward Johnson (1959) of 131 Parker St. Mother of Mrs. Nick (Caroline) Worobess of Toronto, Norman and his wife Frances Johnson of Winnipeg, Manitoba, grandmother of 18 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive. She was predeceased by a daughter Mrs Helen Hayes of Sarnia. Mrs Johnson was Past President of the Womens Auxilary of Branch #62 of the Royal Canadian Legion. Resting at the D J Robb Funeral Home where services will be conducted in the Chapel on Wednesday February 25th 1987 at 11 00 am. Interment will be at Lakeview Cemetery. Visitation will begin at the funeral home on Monday 7 00 pm to 9 00 pm and Tuesday 2 00 to 4 00 pm and 7 00 to 9 00 pm. Charitable donations may be made to the Ontario Heart Stoke Foundation or Branch #62 Ladies Auxilary. The Ladies Auxilary will conduct a memorial service at the funeral home Tuesday evening at 7 00 pm.¹
